Incidental Meeting Room set up fees: If program groups require special set-up or break-down of meeting facilities e.g. tables, chairs, A/V, break beverages and snacks, etc., they are billed to the group as a separate facility fee when opting to individually bill group members' for their guest rooms.

Full Facility Use Single Fee. Groups opting to receive one total bill for all guests rooms and an average amount of meeting room set-up fees or incidentals, can estimate for planning purposes, the cost (less meals) to be $749 per day.

Meal Plan Fees:
A. The B&B Plan: B&B breakfasts, box lunches for outings with advanced notice and local dining-out menus are available.
B. The Frugal Gourmet Plan: Group member(s) bring their own groceries and supplies, then use and clean the BLR kitchen for a daily kitchen use fee.
C. The Pamper-Us Plan: BLR staff and group representative(s) plan family-style or group-buffet menu for scheduled meals on a fee per person per meal basis (depending on menu) of approximately: $8.00/breakfasts, $12.00/lunches, $19.50/dinners.

Reservations and cancellation policy: We want to share with you our peaceful lifestyle here as a relief from the mainstream's hectic pace, not the other way around. So we are set up to favor advanced private group bookings over last minute walk-in business or "no shows". To avoid turning others away needlessly and keep our rates as low as possible we require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation-fully refundable with your 60-day advanced cancellation notice or if we can re-book your entire reservation dates to another group. Otherwise, your deposit will be credited to any future reservation you schedule within 13 months.
Smoking is not allowed due to environmental health, fire safety and insurance concerns. Electronic pollution is something we've noticed people want to come here to avoid... even if the quiet is at first a bit disquieting. We've also noticed that a T.V. set can usually get someone to turn it on... even if no one is quite sure how or why! We offer classic parlor and board games, a player piano, reading and the nearly lost arts of conversation and story-telling. We are off the cell and beeper grid but do provide an old-time phone booth for anxiety relief calls to your broker or ailing relative. Selected classic films on video are available as a sort of Heimlich maneuver for anyone found suffering from electro-deprivation seizure, so long as all present agree on the diagnosis and treatment.
